In Loving Memory of Wilfredo Sepulveda

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Wilfredo Sepúlveda, beloved husband, father, grandfather, son, brother, uncle, and ordained minister of the Assemblies of God. Wilfredo was also a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker whose compassion and commitment to helping others left an indelible mark on countless lives.

Wilfredo Sepulveda was born on October 27, 1947, to Hippolito Sepúlveda and Maria Valentin in Rincón, Puerto Rico. He is survived by his wife, Nilda, his sons, Dennis and Felipe, his daughters-in-law, Idalia and Iris, and his beloved grandchildren, Jazmin, Benjamin, Mikaela, and Joshua, his siblings, Zaida Virola, Haydee Garcia, and Angel Sepúlveda.

In the 1970s, Wilfredo met his devoted wife, Nilda. Their love blossomed into a deep partnership, and they married on October 18, 1980. Nilda’s unwavering support and encouragement were foundational to Wilfredo’s life and work as they navigated life’s joys and challenges together. Wilfredo cherished his family deeply, and his relationship with Nilda was characterized by mutual respect, love, and faith. Together, they built a home filled with warmth and joy. As a father and grandfather, he took immense pride in his family, creating a legacy of love that will endure through generations.

Throughout his life, Wilfredo embraced many roles, each characterized by love, compassion, and unwavering dedication. His work as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker exemplified his commitment to serving others, fostering a sense of community, and inspiring many to deepen their spiritual journeys. As an ordained minister, he touched countless lives with his powerful messages of hope and faith. He believed in the transformative power of love and kindness, and his influence extended far beyond the pulpit. He counseled ministers in navigating life’s difficulties and educated future ministers to serve others.

Wilfredo leaves behind a loving family and a community forever changed by his spirit. While we grieve his loss, we celebrate the extraordinary life he lived and the lasting impact he had on all who were fortunate to know him. He will be deeply missed but fondly remembered for the love he shared and the inspiration he provided.
