Ruben Riesgo

Ruben Riesgo, a 21-year resident of Chester, New York died on May 11, 2014 at his home in Las Vegas, Nevada. He was 56 years of age. Ruben was born to Mary Martin and the late Dario Riesgo in Havana, Cuba in the year 1957. He was a retired Crew Dispatcher who worked for the Metro North for a period of 33 years. Survivors include his wife Kathy Riesgo of Chester, New York; his son Edward Riesgo of Pompano Beach, Florida; his son Anthony Riesgo of Glen Burnie, Maryland; his daughter Kaitlyn Riesgo at home and his mother Mary Martin of Pomona Beach, Florida. He is also survived by his step-brother Arthur Martin and his wife Hollis of Port St. Lucie, Florida; step-sister Linda Prion and her husband Steve of Bridgeport, Connecticut; step-sister Elaine Perellie of Trumbull, Connecticut; mother-in-law Marie Hall of Chester, New York; brother-in-law James Hall and his wife Debbie of Selkirk, New York; sister-in-law Pamela Hall of Monroe, New York as well as several nieces, nephews and step nieces and nephews and good friends. Ruben was predeceased by his father Dario Riesgo; step-father Arthur Martin; step-brother Edward Martin; father-in-law Harold Hall; brother-in-law Joseph Hall and his step-brother-in-law Leo Perellie. A Memorial Service will be held on Sunday, June 8, 2014 during the hours of 1:00 to 3:00 PM at Flynn Funeral & Cremation Memorial Centers, Inc. located at 139 Stage Road, Monroe, New York 10950. In Lieu of flowers, donations in Ruben's memory can be made to the National Kidney Foundation 30 East 33rd Street, New York, NY 10016 would be appreciated by the family.
