Ronald G. Barsuhn, a 30 year resident of Monroe New York, was a retired Sanitation Worker for the New York City Department of Sanitation. Ronald then became a Bus Driver for the Monroe Woodbury School District. Ronald died on November 4, 2016 at Orange Regional Medical Center in Wallkill, New York. He was 67 years of age. The son of the late Gustav & Connie Barsuhn, he was born in the Bronx, New York in 1948. He was a member of Sacred Heart R.C. Church in Monroe, New York. The family would like to personally thank his golf buddies, for the numerous times they helped him to various medical appointment or treatments. The care and respect you showed to him has not gone unnoticed; and we will be forever grateful. Ronald is survived by his wife of 41 years, Ramona at home, and their children: Janelle Barsuhn and her significant other, Steven Gargano, of Central Valley, New York, and Justine Diaz, and her husband Kenneth, of Chester, New York. His beloved grandchildren, Aiva Marie and Mason Diaz, along with his sister Karen Barsuhn, and brother, William Barsuhn also survive him. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 8, 2016 during the hours of 4:00 to 7:00 pm at Flynn Funeral & Cremation Memorial Centers, Inc., located at 139 Stage Road, Monroe, New York, 10950. A Funeral Mass will be offered on Wednesday, November 9, 2016 at 10:00 AM at Sacred Heart R.C. Church, located at 26 Still Road, Monroe, New York 10950. Burial will follow in Holy Spirit Ukrainian Catholic Cemetery, located at 141 Sarah Wells Trail, Campbell Hall, New York 10916.
