Raymond Andrew Pizzo

Raymond Andrew Pizzo, a beloved husband, father, brother, and friend, passed away on June 8, 2024, at his residence in the Town of Newburgh, NY. Born on February 13, 1964, in Jersey City, N.J., Raymond touched the lives of many with his kindness and selflessness.

Raymond was known for his dedication to helping others. As an IT Director for Chemprene-AMMEGA, he excelled in his profession and found time to volunteer with the Nam Knights MC, supporting veterans and gold-star families. His commitment to making a difference in the lives of those around him was truly inspiring.

A man of many talents and passions, Raymond had a deep love for music, dancing, and bringing joy to those he cared about. His quirky sense of humor and genuine compassion endeared him to all who had the privilege of knowing him. Raymond's legacy will live on through the memories of love, laughter, and generosity that he graciously shared with everyone he met.

Raymond is survived by his loving wife, Lillian Harris-Pizzo of Newburgh, NY; his children from a previous relationship: Raymond A. Pizzo of Havelock, NC, and Scott L Pizzo of Hasbrouck Heights, NJ; his mother, Ethel Cucchiara; his sister Barbara Ameri-Pizzo; his brother Paul Pizzo and wife Christie; his sister-in-law Karen Pizzo; as well as his nephew Christopher Pizzo and niece Lauren Pizzo-Hill. He was predeceased by his father, Anthony H. Pizzo, and his brother, David Pizzo.

In honoring Raymond's wishes to continue giving even after his passing, he selflessly donated his organs for cancer research to help find a cure for this devastating disease. His generous spirit and caring nature will forever be remembered by all whose lives he touched.

While no visitation will be held, memorial cards can be sent to the family at Raymond Pizzo at 479 Route 17N Unit 2005, Mahwah, NJ 07430.

 Cremation care was respectfully provided by Brendan & Thomas Flynn at Oxford Hills Crematory Inc., Chester, N.Y., under the compassionate supervision of Brendan and Thomas Flynn.

Funeral care was provided by Flynn Funeral & Cremation Memorial Centers.

Raymond Andrew Pizzo will be deeply missed but never forgotten; may his soul rest in eternal peace.
