Patrick Thomas Clark of Warwick, N.Y. died peacefully at Holy Name Hospital on December 24. 2023.
He was 67 years of age.
Per Patrick wishes there will be no public wake or services, but his cremians are to be scattered.
A private family viewing was held at the funeral home.
Cremation care will be proivded by Brendan & Thomas Flynn at Oxford Hills Crematory, Inc., Chester, N.Y.
