Odette Brischoux

Odette Brischoux Chester, NY Odette Brischoux, a retired Test Kitchen Chef for Mack Brothers, in Goshen, New York for 30 years, and a 55-year resident of the area, died on Friday, February 10, 2017 at Schervier Pavilion, in Warwick, New York. She was 84 years of age. Odette was born in France, in 1932 to Louis and Angele Pensivy. She was a longtime member of St. Columba R.C. Church, Chester, New York. She was pre-deceased by her husband, Marcel Brischoux, and her brother Yves Pensivy. Odette is survived by her two Son's Claude and his wife Mary Ann of Chester, New York, and Philip and his wife Eileen of Rock Tavern, New York. She is further survived by her grandchildren Kevin & Lyndsay Brischoux, Michele and Matthew O'Sullivan and Sean Brischoux. Her three great grandchildren Matthew, Emma and Jillian, also survive her as well as her sister, Irene Bauso of Briarcliff Manor, New York. Along with numerous nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held on Monday, February 13, 2017 during the hours of 2 to 4 & 6 to 8 PM at Flynn Funeral & Cremation Memorial Centers, Inc., located at 139 Stage Road, Monroe, New York 10950. A Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, February 14, 2017 at 10:00 AM in St. Columba R.C. Church, located at 29 High Street, Chester, New York 10918. Burial will follow in the family plot at St. Columba R.C. Church Cemetery, located on Route 94, Chester, New York.
