Myrtle L. Grey

Myrtle Grey Chester, New York Myrtle (Maro) Grey, a 14 year resident of Chester, New York died at Orange Regional Medical Center in Wallkill, New York on July 1, 2014. Myrtle was 93 years of age. Myrtle was a retired Registered Nurse who worked for St. Alban's Naval Hospital in Queens, New York. Myrtle was a member of the American Legion Ladies Auxillary of Chester, New York. Myrtle is survived by her two sisters Carmel and Demaris; her son Quasim (Gary); her daughter Unice; her grand children and a host of nieces and nephews. Myrtle was pre-deceased by her loving husband, Eric Grey. Myrtle will be greatley missed. A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, July 11, 2014 during the hours of 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Flynn Funeral and Cremation Memorial Centers, Inc. located at 3 Hudson Street, Chester, New York 10918. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contrubutions be made in Myrtle's name to the Native American Rights Fund, 1506 Broadway, Boulder, CO 80302. The cremation occurred under the direction of Thomas F. Flynn at Oxford Hills Crematory, Inc. Arrangements have been entrusted to Thomas F.
