Michael A. Iannone

Michael A. Iannone, of Tuxedo, New York, died March 9, 2021. He was 35 years old. Born in Goshen, to William and Jean Iannone, Michael loved nothing more than being surrounded by his family and friends. Mike attended Washingtonville High School. He went on to graduate from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He was employed by McLaren Engineering Group, in New Jersey, as a structural engineer. Mike's passion was golf. It was never too cold or too far away to get out on the course. He was also an avid snowboarder, and loved to go for hikes and spend time at the beach. Michael lit up a room with his contagious smile, and had the ability to connect with everyone. He is survived by his parents William and Jean Iannone of Washingtonville, and his brother Christopher and his partner Michelle LaTouche of Warwick. Michael is further survived by his Aunts; Margaret Wilson, Lynn Romano and her husband Jim, Uncles; Peter Iannone and his wife Marilyn, Ted Bonte, Godparents; Curtis and Ellen Helt, and Cousins; Jaime Heath, Lindsay Wilson, Ted and Brett Bonte, Kevin and Eric Helt. He is predeceased by his grandparents William and Margaret Iannone, Arthur and Dorothy Bonte, his Uncle Garard, and Aunt Alice Bonte. In lieu of flowers, the family has specifically requested that donations be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Pl, Memphis, TN 38105 Visitation will be held on Thursday March 18, 2021, at Flynn Funeral & Cremation Memorial Centers, Inc., located at 139 Stage Road, Monroe, NY 10950, between the hours of 4:00 PM and 8:00 PM. A Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, March 19, at 11:00AM, at St. Mary's Church, located at 42 Goshen Ave, Washingtonville, NY, 10992.
