Loretta A. Mayer, a 25-year resident of the area, died peacefully on May 1, 2022, at Garnet Medical Center in Wallkill, N.Y.
Loretta was 84 years of age.
The daughter of Stephen and Bertha Stufko was born in Passaic, New Jersey, on March 3, 1938.
Loretta graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University with an Associated Degree and later worked as a Medical Assistant and Legal Assistant.
She was a loving mother who enjoyed being with family, cooking, and reading.
On Thursday, June 2, 2022, a Memorial Mass will be held at 11:00 am at St. Columba R.C. Church located at 27 High Street, Chester, NY 10918.
Cremation care was performed at Oxford Hills Cremator under the care and supervision of Thomas & Brendan Flynn.
Funeral Arrangements have been entrusted to Flynn Funeral & Cremation Memorial Centers, Inc.
