Keith Ueltzen

Keith Thomas Ueltzen, of Monroe, New York was an Accountant for Maxons Restorations, in New York, New York. Keith died October 22, 2016 at Orange Regional Medical Center, located in Wallkill, New York. He was 48 years of age. The son of the Alan & Lorraine Ueltzen he was born on October 28, 1967 in Yonkers, New York. He was pre-deceased by his father Alan Ueltzen. Keith is survived by his loving mother, Lorraine at home, and his also by his sister Karen Ruotolo, of Monroe, New York, along with his nieces Gabriella, Daniella and Victoria Ruotolo. Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 3, 2016 during the hours of 2 to 4 & 7 to 9 PM at Flynn Funeral & Cremation Memorial Centers, Inc., located at 139 Stage Road, Monroe, NY 10950. A Funeral Mass will be held on Friday, November 4, 2016 at St. Anastasia Shrine Church, located at 21 North Main Street, Harriman, NY 10926 at 11:30 AM. Burial will follow at St. Anastasia Cemetery, Harriman, NY. The family has requested that Memorial Contributions in Keith's name, be forwarded to the American Diabetes Association, 1701 North Beauregard Street, Alexandria, VA 22331.
