Joseph Pisciotta

Joseph Pisciotta, a current resident of Middletown, New York and former long time resident of Brooklyn, New York passed away peacefully in the comfort of his home surrounded by family and friends, on Sunday July 5, 2015. Joseph, or Joey, was born September 1, 1942 in Brooklyn. Joey was predeceased by his parents, Winfred Karklin and Joseph Pisciotta. Joey was the beloved husband of Diane Pisciotta for 53 years. He was the loving father and father in law of Joseph (Pauline) Pisciotta, Debra Zbylut (John Hurley) and James (Kathleen) Pisciotta. He is also survived by his ten grandchildren and three great grandchildren: Danielle (Thomas), Nicole (Tom), Stephanie (Johnny), Tara and Matthew, Kara, Krista (Greg), Joseph, Kathleen, Nicholas, James, Matthew, Mackenzie, and Brayden. He was the caring brother of William Pisciotta and Barbara Iwanicki. A Visitation where we will celebrate his life will be held on Wednesday, July 8, 2015 between the hours of 2 to 4 & 6 to 8 PM at Flynn Funeral & Cremation Memorial Centers, Inc. located at 139 Stage Road, Monroe, New York 10950. Cremation will follow at Oxford Hills Crematory, Inc., Chester, New York. In lieu of flowers, donations in Joey's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or to Mothers Against Drunk Driving would be greatly appreciated by his family.
