John Mutino, a lifetime resident of Chester, NY, died July 8, 2018, at Orange Regional Medical Center in Wallkill, NY. He was 46 years of age. John was born on November 6, 1971, in Nyack, NY; he was the son of the late John Mutino and Barbara Mutino. He is survived by his mother, Barbara Mutino of Chester, NY, and his sister Deborah Mutino-Nelson, of Matawan, NJ. As well as nephews; Christopher, Steven, and Mathew Nelson. Niece; Victoria Nelson, and Godchildren; Tyler, Sean, and Adrianna Clarke also survive him. He was a beloved son, brother, uncle, friend, and member of the Chester community. John was a tough guy with a great big heart. To those he loved most he gave his heart & soul. To others, he could be perceived as an Archie Bunker. He was so smart & could carry a conversation on any subject & keep us laughing with cynicism & dry humor. He loved his music and being a true-blue friend. We will miss you! A Funeral Mass will be Celebrated on Saturday, July 14, 2018, at 10:00 AM in St. Columba R.C. Church, located at 27 High Street Chester, NY, 10918. Burial will follow at St. Columba Cemetery.
