Janet Wells Chester, NY Janet Wells a retired Homemaker and 51-year resident of Chester, New York, died April 4, 2018, at Valley View Health Care Facility in Goshen, N.Y. She was 79 years of age. The daughter of the late John and Ella Leininger she was born in Kingston, New York in the year of 1938. The entire Wells family wish to personally thank each staff member, associate and administrator at Valley View Health Care Facility for the kind, care and loving assistance rendered to our beloved Janet. You made her stay at Valley View as beautiful as it could be, you treated her like she was your wife, mother, grandmother, and sister, and we the Wells Family thank you from the bottom our Hearts. Janet is survived by her husband Robert E. Wells at home, and their children: Robert Wells, Jr., and his wife Tina of Middletown, NY, Jay Wells and his wife Linda of South Glens Falls, NY, and Tom Wells and his wife Staci of Goshen, NY. Her granddaughters Taylor, Sara and her husband Erich Schur, Kayla and Great Granddaughter Nova, also survive her, along with her sister Jacqueline Wilcox of Kansas. Janet was predeceased by her parents, and siblings June Helmich and John Leininger. A Wake will be held on Friday, April 6, 2018, during the hours of 5:00 to 8:00 PM at Flynn Funeral & Cremation Memorial Centers, Inc., located at 3 Hudson Street, Chester, NY 10918. Cremation will be private at Oxford Hills Crematory, Inc. Memorial contributions in Janet's name to the St. Jude's Children Research Hospital P.O.
