Gerald Schwarz

Gerald (Jerry) Schwarz Pine Bush, NY Gerald Schwarz, a long time resident of Pine Bush, passed away on Wednesday, November 28th, 2012, after fighting a long and courageous battle with cancer with his family by his side. Jerry was the son of the late George and Elizabeth Schwarz of Rockland County, New York. He attended Spring Valley High School. In 1965 he married his childhood sweetheart Patricia Dloughy with whom he spent the next 47 years of life together. Jerry had a long career with Verizon of New Jersey and after his retirement from Verizon he began working with Student First Transportation Services. He is survived by his loving wife Patti at home, their son Dana Schwarz, his grand-daughter Megan Schwarz, and his brother Glenn Schwarz. There will be no public visitation. Cremation took place at Oxford Hills Crematory, Inc., Chester, NY. Funeral arrangements and cremation services are under the direction of Thomas F.
