George N. Leonido

George N. Leonido, 63 years of age and a resident of Highland Mills, New York, died on August 5, 2017. He was the son of the late George J. and Anna Leonido. A devoted and loving father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend to many. George was always willing to help others. He was an avid outdoorsman, with interests in hunting, fishing and working on model planes and cars. George was a member of the Academy of Model Aeronautics, as well as the Woodbury Field & Stream Club. Survivors include his son Christopher Leonido and his wife Jennifer Raab of Newburgh, New York; his daughter Nicole Leonido of Brooklyn, New York; step-daughter Angela Garzione of New Windsor, New York; grandson Matteo James Leonido; his brother Thomas Leonido and his wife Noreen, his sisters Nancy Villanella and her husband, Ronald, and Roxanne Leonido; and his niece Anna Leonido. Visitation will be held on Monday, August 14, 2017, during the hours of 4:00 to 8:00 PM at Flynn Funeral & Cremation Memorial Centers, Inc., located at 139 Stage Road, Monroe, New York 10950.
