Daniel J. Farrell

Daniel James FarrellMiddletown, N.YPassed away on August 31, 2022, in the comfort of his home. He was 80 years old. He is the son of the late James and Eleanor Farrell.
He was born on January 23, 1942, in Brooklyn, N.Y.
He was a member of the Monroe Volunteer Ambulance Corps, Mombasha Fire Company, and the STAT team at Perryville State Prison in Arizona.
Family Statement:Anyone who knew Danny knew he was the most loving husband, father, sibling, and son a family could ask for.
Everyone who knew him felt his big heart and giving nature, especially when he would dress up as Santa Claus to surprise neighborhood children. We will all miss his fantastic stories and wise advice, and Daniel will sincerely be missed.
At home, he will be lovingly missed and remembered by his wife, Jerilyn Farrell. Daughters Kelly Topping of Glendale, A.Z., Dawn Flynn of Yuma, A.Z., Darci Weede and her husband Chris of Yuma, A.Z.
Stepdaughters Barbara Cavanagh of Middletown, N.Y., and Kelly Begnoche and her husband Stephen of Slate Hill, N.Y. Danny is predeceased by his daughter Virginia Farrell and 1st wife, Phyllis Farrell.
Danny leaves behind many grandchildren, great-children, and nieces and nephews.
Siblings: Maryann, Fran, Diane and her husband John, Rose and her husband Frank, Joe and his wife, Carolyn.
There will be no visitation or services.
The family requests donations, if inclined to be forwarded to St. Judes Childrens Hospital instead of flowers.
Thomas & Brendan Flynn provided the Cremation Care at Oxford Hills Crematory in Chester, NY.
Funeral arrangements have been placed into the care of Flynn Funeral & Cremation Memorial Centers.
