Chester J. Rogers a lifelong resident of Middletown, New York died on December 7, 2019, at Middletown Park Manor Health Care Facility in Wallkill, New York. He was 87 years of age. As per Chester's wishes there will be no public viewing or calling hours, his cremains will be interred in the Philipsburg Cemetery at a later date.
