Cesar A. Castello

Cesar Anibal Castello, a 23 year resident of Washingtonville, NY, passed away on May 5, 2021, at his home, surrounded by his loving family. He was 85 years of age. Cesar a retired Mail Carrier, worked for 30 years in the Bronx, NY. The son of the late Virginia Colon, he was born in Salinas, Puerto Rico, on June13, 1935. Cesar was a member of the USPS Letter Carriers Hispanic Society. A family statement reads as follows: Somewhere over the rainbow, high above the chimney tops, that's where we'll find you. Cesar is survived by his wife, Luz M. Castello of Washingtonville, NY, and their four children: daughters, Doris Figueroa, Suzanne Castello, Judith V. Castello and son Cesar Castello, Jr. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Jason Figueroa, Natalie Irizarry, Cassandra Castello, Kelsey Padilla, Synthia Rojas, Sarah Rojas, Kenneth Parker, Carol Parker, and his great-grandchildren, Ariana Irizarry, Aiden Irizarry and Nicholas Murcia, Jr., and his nieces and nephews, Annette Patron, Arlene Patron, Lulu Patron, Ray Montalvo, Catherine Jones, Adam Almodovar, Darren Castello, Dennis Castello and Virginia Snead.
