Catherine E. Carty

Catherine E. Carty a retired Registered Nurse for Doctors Hospital, Beth Israel North in Manhattan and a 20 year resident of Chester, New York died February 19, 2014 at Orange Regional Medical Center in Wallkill, New York. Catherine was 79 years of age. The daughter of late John and Mildred Stone Killmer she was born in New York City, New York in 1934. Catherine was a former dancer with the famed New York City Rockettes; she passed away peacefully with her son by her side, after a long illness. She is survived by her son Paul Zenick of Chester, New York and her two grandsons Brandon and Matthew Zenick of Chester, New York, along with her sister Joyce K. Baird of Astoria, New York. Catherine was pre-deceased by her bother John R. Killmer. Visitation will be held on Monday, February 24, 2014 during the hours of 5 to 8 PM at Flynn Funeral & Cremation Memorial Centers, Inc., 139 Stage Road, Monroe, New York 10950. Services will be held on Tuesday, February 25, 2014 at Flynn Funeral & Cremation Memorial Centers, Inc., 139 Stage Road, Monroe, New York 10950 at 10:00 AM.
