Carmine Frederick Patane Greenwood Lake, New York September 11, 1941 - December 19, 2016 Carmine Frederick Patane has passed away at Good Samaritan Hospital, Suffern, New York on December 19, 2016. He was 75 years of age. Carmine was a loving husband, father and grandfather. He will be dearly remembered and missed by family and friends. A private family service took place on December 24, 2016 at Flynn Funeral & Cremation Memorial Centers, Inc., located at 139 Stage Road, Monroe, New York 10950. A Cremation Service will follow at Oxford Hills Crematory, Inc., Chester, NY 10918. The family has requested memorial contributions in Carmine's name be sent to the Greenwood Lake Volunteer Fire Department, P.O. Box 1388, Greenwood Lake, NY 10925.
