Brian Matthew Littier of Monroe, NY passed suddenly on Saturday, November 2, 2013 in Harriman, NY. He was 29 years of age. While his passing came as a great shock to those who knew and loved Brian, they are sure that his last moments here on earth his friends and family were in his heart and a Phish song in his head. Brian was the former Captain of the Monroe Bears roller hockey team and Assistant Captain of the Bear Mountain ice hockey team. True to form, Brian remained loyal to the NY Rangers, despite his family's attempts to turn him to the dark side with gifts of Flyers memorabilia. At the time of his passing, Brian was attending Orange County Community College and studying history with the plans of becoming a teacher. Brian is survived by his loving parents; Patricia M. Littier of Harriman, NY, father Michael J. Littier and fiancAC.e Linda, of Sugar Loaf, NY and brother, Michael J. Littier of Harriman, NY He is also survived by his aunts: Donna Raimondo and husband, Raymond, of Frackville PA, Cathyanne Bell and husband, Richard, of Rock Tavern, NY and Mary Maddox and husband, Woody, of Apopka, FL, uncles: James A. Willis and wife, Stephanie, of Galena, OH and Stephen Littier, Jr and his wife, Rona, of New Windsor, NY Brian also leaves behind several heartbroken cousins who will miss him terribly. Brian is pre-deceased by his maternal grandparents, Arthur and Rosalie B. Willis and paternal grandparents, Stephen and Helen Littier. A Memorial Service will held on Wednesday, November 6, 2013 during the hours of 4:00 to 6:00 PM at Flynn Funeral & Cremation Memorial Centers, Inc., 139 Stage Road, Monroe, New York 10950.
