Ann "Nicki" Campbell, a long time resident of Highland Falls, New York, died on Saturday, November 7, 2015 at Kaplan Family Hospice Residence in Newburgh, New York surrounded by her loving family. She was 70 years of age. The daughter of the late Nicholas and Marion Craven, Nicki was born in Haverstraw, New York on January 15, 1945. Nicki was employed for 36 years at Bear Mountain State Park as Accounts Payable Manager and then Gift Shop Manager at Bear Mountain Inn and various lake sites. All who knew her remember Nicki as a loving, free-spirited, thoughtful person. She fulfilled all her life roles- daughter, mother, grandmother, caregiver, friend and family member - with immense heart and dedication. She cherished good times spent with family. Nicki's laugh and profoundly good soul will be deeply missed. Nicki was predeceased by her parents, as well as by her brother, Robert Craven. Nicki is survived by her two sons, Carl Campbell and Matthew Campbell; grandsons Sean; Christopher and Joseph Campbell; grandson Seth Morgan; former daughter-in-law Sherry Campbell; sister Lynn and brother-in-law Jack McCabe; sister Fran Staats; sister Laurie Craven and sister-in-law Carol Palermo. Nicki is also survived by her nieces and nephews, including Jeff and Kathy Craven & family; Megan Craven & family; Jason & AnnMarie Craven & family; Jack and Karen McCabe & family; Lia McCabe; Cait McCabe & spouse Susan Rimmey; Glenn McCabe; Paul and Jen Staats & family; Steve and Sarah Jane Staats & family. The family will celebrate her life with a private service. Cremation will follow at Oxford Hills Crematory, Inc., Chester, New York. Funeral arrangements and the cremation service have been entrusted to Thomas F. Flynn and the staff of Flynn Funeral & Cremation Memorial Centers, Inc., 139 Stage Road, Monroe, New York.
