Aaron Thomas Vandunk

Aaron VanDunk of Walton, NY, formally of Warwick, NY, entered into eternal rest on November 22, 2020. He was 49 years old. The son of Gregory VanDunk and the late Darielle Alexander, he was born on July 15, 1971 in Warwick, NY. Aaron was an amazing son, brother, uncle, cousin, nephew, boyfriend and friend. He loved everyone that came into his life. He would help anyone he could, whenever he could. Aaron loved to play his guitar and listened to Rock N Roll. He loved to cook and was amazing at it. He was the light at the end of a dark tunnel. He had many favorite places, but the one he loved the most, was the dirt road at his Nana's house. Aaron, Sean and Jessica spent so much time down there and they share so many memories together just of their adventures on the dirt road. As kids if you saw Aaron, you saw Jessica. He loved talking about being a kid and his adventures. Aaron can now, spend all the time he wants on the dirt road. He will be missed by everyone. He can now rest with family that has been waiting and walking with him. He will be missed dearly. Aaron is predeceased by his loving mother, Darielle Alexander, both his maternal and paternal grandparents, as well as his uncles Tommy, Carl, Teddy and Randy. Survivors include his long time girlfriend, Mel, his father Gregory and wife Cindy of Pennsylvania, sisters, Jessica Beach and wife Ranata of Port Jervis, NY, Kimberly Garduno and husband Matt of the State of Florida, Sammy, Lauren and Megan VanDunk, brother, Terry VanDunk and wife Ashley of Port Jervis, NY. Aaron is also survived by his aunts, Donna VanDunk of Warwick, NY, Georgette VanDunk of Texas, Janell VanDunk of New Jersey, his extended family, Roy Jolivet and his wife Libby, Melissa Jolivet and husband Rogelio of Spanaway, Washington, Tara VanDunk Lewis, Melanie Jolivet, Sonya Jolivet Ball along with several nieces, nephews and cousins.
