Obituary of Aidan Ryan

Aidan Michael Ryan of Monroe, New York and formerly a resident of Campbell Hall, New York passed away suddenly on July 2nd, 2017. Aidan was the son of Teague and Patricia Ryan of Monroe, NY. He was a graduate of John S. Burke Catholic High School in Goshen, NY and Texas State Technical College in Waco, Texas. Aidan was a member of the Pipes and Drums of the Orange County AOH.

Aidan was our shining star and was loved by all those he came in contact with. He cared deeply about his family and friends and would always be there when they were in need. In his short time on this earth, Aidan touched so many lives and had a positive impact on so many friends and family members. Aidan had a zest for life, and was always seen with a smile on his face, and left others smiling as well.  One of his favorite memories was of his sister Jessica’s 30th birthday, when family and friends gathered at the Ryan Beach House on Long Beach Island, rented a pirate boat, and for two hours sailed around Long Beach Island.  Aidan, as always, was in the middle of the fun, laughing, telling jokes and thoroughly enjoying himself.  Aidan spent the day surrounded by his many Ryan and Roth family members.  The family is thankful they have this special memory of a day spent with Aidan.

Aidan loved Long Beach Island and spent many happy days there with his “Pop” Charlie Roth, his sisters Fiona and Jessica, and the rest of his extended family.  Aidan loved his family, friends and his truck. His memory will live on in the hearts of all he came in contact with.

Aidan is survived by his parents; Teague and Patricia Ryan of Monroe, New York, and sisters Jessica Ryan of St. Petersburg, Florida and Fiona Ryan of Monroe, New York. He is also survived by Grandfathers John Ryan of White Plains, New York and Charles Roth of Ship Bottom, New Jersey. He was predeceased by his Grandmothers Mary Ryan and Donata Roth, Uncle John Ryan, Aunt Colleen Ryan and Uncle John “Jack” Roth. Other survivors include Uncles and Aunts Patrick and Valerie Ryan, Aileen and James Burden, Patricia Ryan, Charles and Sherry Roth, Donna and Steve Jones, John and Renu Roth, Michael and Lindsey Roth, Thomas and Kelly Roth, and Jackie and John McIntosh. Aidan was loved by many cousins including Kristen Jones, Gary Jones, Connor Ryan, Lauren Ryan, Ceara Burden, Alanna Burden, John McIntosh, Jordan McIntosh, Samantha Jones, Jaime Jarka, Chuck Roth, Tim Roth, Anthony Roth, Nathan Roth, Christopher Roth, Lizzy Roth, Laura Ryan, Colin Ryan and Kristen Ryan.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 9, 2017, during the hours of 4:00 to 8:00 PM at Flynn Funeral & Cremation Memorial Centers, Inc., located at 139 Stage Road, Monroe, New York 10950.
