I will never forget my 8 years of memories with Jay at the Press. Every day I looked forward to him coming into my office yelling "Marco" and having something comically perplexing to tell me. I am praying for you all during your time of loss. He will be missed dearly.

Jay's sense of humor will be missed at Paulist Press. Not to mention his awesome ability to figure out those Expense Reports ... Condolences to his lovely family.

As Meg's childhood best friend from the age of 10, I remember Jay from when he was a little guy. We had a lot of laughs over the years. Many memories of Meadowbrook Road and all the Lynch kids. I am so sad to hear the news and will be thinking of all of you in the days ahead. Love, Christa

To our beloved brother-in law. We will miss your ever smiling face and all of your jokes. The annual family vacation to LBI was always complete when you and Debbie arrived - 2 days late, of course. We will never forget all the laughs we all had. We are sorry we could not be their today, but you will be in our hearts today and always. We love you. May you rest in peace. Marilyn, Kevin and family

I grew up with Jay in Fairfield. I can' count the number of hours that Jay, his brother Ray Cavenaugh, Don Storey, Jimmy Josco, Al Sirous,(and I'm sure I'm forgetting some) used to spend roaming around thneighborhood, palying basebal, basketball, football or just riding bikes. I was very sorry to hear that he passed. It has been many years since we saw each other, but my parents kept in close contact with Jay's parents so for years I had some idea of what he was up to, Also, one of my cousins married a woman who worked as an editor at Paulist Press. Please accept my deepest condolences for your loss.
