Biography

Miriam Haight of Bloomingburg, NY, a Teacher's Aide for handicapped children for 15 years and a lifelong resident of the area, died January 11, 2010 at Orange Regional Medical Center Horton Hospital Campus. She was 65 years old.

The daughter of the late Frank A. and Ruth E. Zielinski, she was born on January 1, 1945 in Goshen, NY.

Family Statement: "Miriam was a loving and caring person. Her children described her as 'the best Mom in the World.'"

Survivors include Kenneth Ribitzk, her significant other for 22 years of Bloomingburg, NY, her son, Shane Haight of Middletown, NY, and her daughter Tammy Haight of Highland Lakes, NJ. Miriam is also survived by her brother, Frank Zielinski and his wife Peggy, her dearest friend and sister-in-law, of Bloomingburg, NY

Her nephew, Tim Zielinski, and her great-niece Nicole Zielinski also survive her.

To fulfill Miriam's wishes, there will be no services held.
