Death Certificates


A Certified Death Certificate is necessary before legal matters may begin such as the transfer of Real Estate, Life Insurance or Pensions.    Each legal procedure would require a death certificate, we can advise the family to the amount needed during the during the arrangement conference.

Examples of when a certified death certificate would be needed:

Estate Matters, Real Estate Transfers, Pensions, Transfer of Funds (when not in a Joint Tenant Account or In Trust Account), Motor Vehicle Transfers, Retirement Accounts.
